Phunk said: Like it but side profile should be more like thisThat’s even better. Fingers crossed they use smaller wheels with more sidewall, and narrow the rear track slightly to allow for removable spats.
Quickmoose said: For me this is a miss.Reading the article and understanding Citreon's aims makes it "better", as in the car is aimed and satisfying the original brief for a modern world... but for me, you can't "almost" do a 2CV inspired design... it needs to nod MORE, some flatter panels, some edge. This is way to soft and child like.Actually that Ai edit above is a lot better, but given the stylistic limitations of this concept, the reality will be even more watered down. It doesn't sit as well as the R53 Mini, the Fiat 500, the Defender or the Renault 5. This is more like the last Beetle.... just a bit merd....The 2CV is an icon. Lean in to it HARD, not a little bit.See, I am very much of the opposite view.It is literally not possible to literally revive the 2CV into the modern world. The 2CV was fully passed by the modern world in about 1975! Any new 2CV will not be the same sort of car - it won't be a bare-bones utility car for French peasants to drive 50kg of potatoes and a cask of wine to market across a road of smashed pavé while wearing clogs and all the other famous requirements.Any new 2CV won't have nearly two feet of wheel travel and all the clever steering and suspension work.It doesn't need to. So if the styling of the new car hews too exactly to the original it risks being an empty pastiche rather than a retro reworking or evocation. It cannot be an original 2CV so it should avoid too literally looking like one. It's like those VW Type 2 campers that get gutted and have modern EV drivetrains and fully modernised interiors put in them. Some people love them because "they look just like the original" but I find something empty and dishonest about them. If Citroen go too retro the new Deux Chevaux risks essentially becoming a new-build 2CV with an electric motor. Which is not what the 2020s need and says and does nothing new.I think Citroen have got this balance spot on in the concept, and the mix of the retained features and the new ones says to me th

In a multi story that I was using earlier this evening, the MOT ran out in May 24. I do find the car park ones odd, I've seen other seemingly abandoned cars in other car parks, I'd love to know the reasons.
포르쉐 카이엔
A somewhat unbalanced duo which is acknowledged from the start in this head to head. I would never put these two on the same page and i found myself unpicking the Porsche rather than comparing it to the Morgan. Despite the indifferences the 911 wins out.

I got the make and basic model in three - not Cardle's answer though. Ironically I intended to type in Challenger but ended up typing Charger for some reason - so I got it right by default!

If its styling fuses a little 6GT with a little 720S, I can't see it going far wrong.Building an SUV is a sad but perhaps necessary evil. Performance manufacturers should really look at a different set of priorities to luxury marques. A McLaren, Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, or even Bentley SUV should be something that could conceivably win a race. Make the body low and wide, and if it has to be jacked up, make it jacked up for sand dunes and mud pits, not Kensington kerbs and speedbumps. Most importantly, make it weigh less! Else there's no S about it, it's just a big fat squishy UV.
