증상
스타터 모터가 돌아가지만 플라이휠에 결합되지 않음
처리 내용
퓨저블 링크 문제는 아닐 가능성이 높으며, 스타터 모터에 시임(shim)을 끼워야 할 것 같습니다. 스타터 모터에는 샤프트에 달린 작은 기어(피니언 기어)가 있어서 플라이휠과 결합되도록 튀어나와 있습니다. 피니언 기어가 충분히 튀어나오지 않으면 스타터는 돌아가지만 플라이휠을 회전시키지 못합니다. 벤치 테스트에서는 스타터가 정상으로 나올 수 있습니다. 때로는 피니언 기어의 이빨이 너무 높아서 기어가 맞물리지 않을 수도 있습니다. 시임을 사용하여 피니언 기어의 위치를 미세조정합니다. 이러한 조정은 1983년식 포드와 같은 구형 차량에서 더 자주 필요했던 것 같습니다. 도움이 되길 바랍니다.
