증상
두 개의 볼트가 풀리지 않음. 충격, 토치로 가열, WD40을 많이 사용했지만 움직이지 않음.
처리 내용
문제는 제한된 공구와 약간의 녹, 그리고 조립 시 과도한 토크일 수 있습니다. 고착된 볼트나 가이드 핀은 종종 과도하게 조여져 있습니다. 캘리퍼 유지 볼트는 보통 40~60 ft-lbs 정도로 조여지지만, 캘리퍼 핀은 15 ft-lbs 정도의 낮은 토크 사양을 가집니다. 녹도 일반적인 문제입니다. 풀린 적 없는 볼트나 캘리퍼 핀은 나사 부위에 충분한 녹이 쌓여 제거가 어려울 수 있습니다. 해결 방법: 1) 가능하면 며칠 전부터 오일에 담가두어 나사 깊숙이 스며들게 합니다. 2) 펀칭(5파운드 망치로 세게 치지 말 것) - 나사 부위의 산화물을 부순다. 3) 육각 또는 Torx 볼트인 경우, 공구를 볼트에 끼운 상태에서 공구를 두드린다.

Hey so my car was serviced last Wednesday, got an oil change and replaced the brake rotors and pads. And it was driving fine all of Thursday and then for whatever reason late Friday the car would start to rumble when braking and the steering wheel would pull to the right slightly. Well I was already at a party so I didn't think much of it and was gonna go home and on Monday get them to look at it again as those aren't normal sounds a car would make. Anyways driving home I make a stop and now when I tried driving my car it would refuse to go forward like the front wheels would rotate two inches

06 Pontiac G6의 브레이크 페달이 평소보다 무거워짐. 리어 로터와 패드 교체, 컨트롤 암 교체 후 증상 시작. 도시 주행 처음 10~15분은 정상이지만 제동 중 범프를 지나면 ABS가 작동하는 느낌. 핸드브레이크가 쉽게 올라가지만 완만한 경사에서 제동력 거의 없음.

2011 Ford Explorer 앞 브레이크에서 클릭음 발생 및 제동 시 그라인딩음 발생. 로터(앞)와 패드를 2회 교체했으나 동일한 증상 지속.
