240Cup said: Thanks - yeah I deliberately went non black pack and silver wheels / black callipers / non rear privacy glass as I think it really accentuates the shape of the Emira.Having said that, just kerbed both rear wheels in a month (wtaf) and thinking of taking the opportunity to go slightly darker. The Wheel Specialist franchise do a 'black chrome' which isn't really a black, more like a very rich dark silver ... I am torn between that or an even 'poppier' shiny silver that they do, I have a week or two before it is booked in to make my final decision, all opinions welcomed as it is driving me nuts - worse than choosing tiles for the bathroom. Don't be tempted! Stick with pure silver!!

Writing the title made me wonder how many rear engined coupes have existed. I got 911 (obviously), some Alpines, Delorean, Fiat / Abarth versions of the 850. There must be more.But this is none of those. Its Japanese, made in the '80s and sold here in reasonable numbers. But they are now firmly in the category of 'rare but nobody gives a st'. I'm debating what I do with a speedo conversion. Plus point with the Lockwood is you get mph and kph whereas converting it on the CAN leaves you with mph only. Or I could just leave it in Km. I'm fairly used to doing it in my head that way around. Of course, there was an incident in the Forester where I forgot it was converted and I took it up to an indicated 100 thinking 'this feels strangely fast'
