Bengaside said: I struggle to see the appeal of such large SUVs. To my mind, it would be like driving a Transit van everywhere, albeit a well appointed one.I’ll be honest, if I needed this much space/that many seats, I’d rather have a Transit.

Where does your £25k come from?TX.^shhh don't mention epic depreciation, it's all about the running costs"PH low running costs matters" : Well, there is mega thread here with people stressing about the cost of fuel https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...Salary Sacrifice Scheme leasing, The EV9 GT is about £700 to £750 per month Oh, that includes the depreciation tooThat's why I separated lease from purchase you got a link to your £25k lease? As for fuel it's the square root of fk all in the grand cost of car ownership. People "stressing" no doubt think its a good idea to get a £80k EV to avoid a £10 increase in fuel.TX.I've being driving around in a 5 meter long, 2 meter wide SUV for essentially a decade, as most of my mates are. Anything smaller than a XC60 looks tiny in the school run traffic. There is whole world of choice now in the 5 meter long 2 meter wide SUV market. Aldi, Volvo, Polestar, Hyundai, Kia, Range Rover, BMW, Mercedes the cost varies quite bit, and for me became one of the most important decisions. Nearly all of them start at £80k and go well north of £150k for the more expensive brands. Even £80k is too rich for us to payout as a lump sum, especially when we do still have a mortgage but due to still low BIK, Tax issues with pensions, Salary Sacrifice on these cars are very attractive. We've ordered an Ioniq 9 which should arrive soon, it'll cost us 43k over 5 years but that includes all running costs+insurance and no deposit. The Polestar 3 was really tempting as it was the cheapest, and would have come in at under £25k over 3 years for a car with a £80k+ list price. But we wanted another 6 seater car so it was between the Kia and Hyundai.Cheapest option is to keep the current car, but it's done 100k, cost me £5k in repairs so far this year and I've had it now for nearly a decade, so if not

In a multi story that I was using earlier this evening, the MOT ran out in May 24. I do find the car park ones odd, I've seen other seemingly abandoned cars in other car parks, I'd love to know the reasons.

포르쉐 카이엔
A somewhat unbalanced duo which is acknowledged from the start in this head to head. I would never put these two on the same page and i found myself unpicking the Porsche rather than comparing it to the Morgan. Despite the indifferences the 911 wins out.

I got the make and basic model in three - not Cardle's answer though. Ironically I intended to type in Challenger but ended up typing Charger for some reason - so I got it right by default!

If its styling fuses a little 6GT with a little 720S, I can't see it going far wrong.Building an SUV is a sad but perhaps necessary evil. Performance manufacturers should really look at a different set of priorities to luxury marques. A McLaren, Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, or even Bentley SUV should be something that could conceivably win a race. Make the body low and wide, and if it has to be jacked up, make it jacked up for sand dunes and mud pits, not Kensington kerbs and speedbumps. Most importantly, make it weigh less! Else there's no S about it, it's just a big fat squishy UV.
