증상
시동이 49/50회 정도는 정상이나 간헐적으로 시동이 걸리지 않음. 냉시동, 온시동 모두 발생 가능하며 날씨와 무관하게 발생. 수일 후 시동이 전혀 걸리지 않음.
처리 내용
흡기 매니폴드 버터플라이 밸브(inlet manifold butterfly flap) 불량. 엔진 시동 후 밸브가 간헐적으로 닫힌 위치에서 고착되어 있었음. 정상적으로는 시동 직후 공기 유입을 차단하기 위해 닫혔다가 수초 후 열려야 하는데, 정렬이 제대로 되지 않아 고착됨. 밸브 교체 후 시동 정상 복구. 2.0 TDCi S-Max에서 흔한 증상으로 알려짐.
