2001 Ford F-150에서 연료 주입 시 휘발유 냄새가 강하고 연료탱크 하단에서 기름진 액체(휘발유로 추정)가 떨어짐. 소량(약 몇 온스) 유출되었으며, 차량 정차 중에는 누유 증거 없음. 연료 필러 넥(filler neck) 또는 탱크에 연결된 고무 호스의 누유로 추정되며, 탱크 또는 연료 라인 누유는 아닌 것으로 보임.
처리 내용
진단이 맞는 것으로 보이며, 최소한의 주행은 안전함. 탱크가 완전히 밀봉되지 않아 체크 엔진 라이트가 켜질 수 있음. 또한 휘발유가 평소보다 더 많은 수분을 흡수할 수 있으나 양은 적을 것으로 예상됨. 연료 주입 시 주의하고 더 큰 문제를 방지하기 위해 가능한 빨리 수리를 완료할 것을 권장함. 연료 누유는 무시해서는 안 되는 중요한 문제임.

차량이 심한 노킹/타이밍 체인 슬랩 소음으로 입고됨. 소음이 심해서 사전 시운전 불가. 검사 결과 체인과 스프로킷 교체 필요. 운전석 측 흡기 스프로킷이 손상된 상태.
어느 날 갑자기 모든 계기판 게이지가 오른쪽 끝까지 간다. 모든 경고등이 계속 켜져 있다. 계기판의 모든 그라운드와 전원 배선을 제거했다가 다시 장착했다. 배선 손상은 발견되지 않았다. 계기판 그라운드와 전원 배선에 대한 부하 테스트를 했으나 정상이다.
2009 F150 4.6L의 에어컨 컴프레셔가 고착됨. 벨트 사이즈를 확인하려고 하는데 6개의 다른 벨트를 샀는데도 맞지 않음. 벨트 다이어그램 필요.

Its utterly pointless if you think about it, extra legislation and checks for a mode of propulsion that will die out anyway in a few years.There is a ban looming for combustion engines, electric cars are getting more popular and the downsides are being ironed out.Maybe just enforce whats already there better ?
