증상
Mercedes B200 (W245, 디젤, 2008, 1993cc)의 배터리 충전 불량 - 빨간 배터리 경고등 점등 및 간헐적 경보음 발생. 정품 올터네이터(A6401540502) 교체 필요. Valeo 439552 구입했으나 전압 조절 기능 없음 - 항상 14V 출력. 정비사가 설치 불가 판단(배터리 폭발 위험).
처리 내용
1. 전압 조절 없는 올터네이터로 과충전 시 배터리 폭발 가능 - 가스 방출로 인한 화염 위험 및 배터리 수명 단축. 2. 해당 Valeo 올터네이터는 외부 레귤레이터 필요 - 레귤레이터를 별도 구입하여 장착하는 방법이 있음. 3. 더 간단한 방법은 부적합한 올터네이터를 반품하고 메르세데스 B200(W245)에 맞는 정품 올터네이터(A6401540502 호환성 제품 또는 정품)로 교체하는 것을 권장.

배터리 방전으로 견인되어 옴. 알터네이터 불량으로 판단되어 알터네이터 교체함. 로드 테스트 중 온도 게이지가 높게 올라감. 냉각팬이 작동하지 않음을 확인. 팬에 그라운드는 있으나 팬 커맨드 시 전원이 공급되지 않음.

Also had exactly this with my E46 after replacing the alternator with a refurbished Bosch unit, changed for a second refurbished alternator and seems to have stopped the random parasitic draw. Assuming again it was voltage leaking passed one of the diodes.
