Stunning colour that, never seen one out in the wild yet!
drdino said: One thing that bothered me compared to my previous 3series was how light and cheap the key felt. I had read about this as a cost reduction on LCIs but hadn't really appreciated how crap they felt. Found a couple of shell replacements on Aliexpress and after contacting them they confirmed that the important bits were metal. Ordered one and did the transplant, the difference stems from the L-shaped trim but also the bit that holds the physical key blade.Edited by drdino on Sunday 7th December 21:51 Tried the same route with the key. Unfortunately then found out I'd have to swap the logos because my Alpina key has their own logo, that seemed not doable + id have to mill out the emergency key as well. I do hate the cheap key though mine lives in the original leather pouch

And only a handful remain. It's a car I've had a yearning to own and got outbid on one at auction many years ago. More recently I contacted a seller on FB, we agreed a price and then he blocked me...So I broke the first rule of car buying and bought one s

I'm debating what I do with a speedo conversion. Plus point with the Lockwood is you get mph and kph whereas converting it on the CAN leaves you with mph only. Or I could just leave it in Km. I'm fairly used to doing it in my head that way around. Of course, there was an incident in the Forester where I forgot it was converted and I took it up to an indicated 100 thinking 'this feels strangely fast'
