Did Ford "lose it"? Or did safety regs (lane keep assist etc) make it harder to build sharp handling cars, and did customers stop caring?I also suspect that magazines have lost their influence over the average car buyer compared to 20 years ago. Nobody in the market for a new vanilla hatchback actually cares if Auto

Is that the only authorised Honda dealership that will do it? Fair point on the competitors, but price aside, I always thought the NSX and R8 both slip into a similar role. The price discrepancy may explain why I see a lot of R8s and no NSXs.They do slip into a similar role - 2 seat supercar.Slightly different price-points mind. And (once again for Honda*) the NC1 was arguably ahead of its' time, being a hybrid supercar well before such a thing was widespread (918 etc. don't really count because they're halo-hypercars at a very different price-point).Trouble is, with the NC1 you'll probably find yourself having to explain what you've bought and why, whereas the V10 in the R8 will do all your explaining for you. Add in difficult to access and quite expensive servicing, and it ceased to be an 'easy' choice in a crowded market. Despite its clear advantages. * Original Insight was the first proper hybrid to the market well before they became commonplace, original Integra Type R sold in limited numbers because it was considered 'too raw', yet within a decade everyone was offering even more hardcore trackday specials of mainstream cars, and the Integra became a cult icon.

In a multi story that I was using earlier this evening, the MOT ran out in May 24. I do find the car park ones odd, I've seen other seemingly abandoned cars in other car parks, I'd love to know the reasons.

A somewhat unbalanced duo which is acknowledged from the start in this head to head. I would never put these two on the same page and i found myself unpicking the Porsche rather than comparing it to the Morgan. Despite the indifferences the 911 wins out.

I got the make and basic model in three - not Cardle's answer though. Ironically I intended to type in Challenger but ended up typing Charger for some reason - so I got it right by default!

If its styling fuses a little 6GT with a little 720S, I can't see it going far wrong.Building an SUV is a sad but perhaps necessary evil. Performance manufacturers should really look at a different set of priorities to luxury marques. A McLaren, Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, or even Bentley SUV should be something that could conceivably win a race. Make the body low and wide, and if it has to be jacked up, make it jacked up for sand dunes and mud pits, not Kensington kerbs and speedbumps. Most importantly, make it weigh less! Else there's no S about it, it's just a big fat squishy UV.
