증상
토요타 서퀴드 밴(NCP5#/NLP5#계) - HST 머플러 교체. 플랜지 볼트가 쉽게 부러졌고, 머플러 캔과 파이프 연결부는 임시방편으로 처리된 상태로 한계에 도달. 인슈레이터에 꽂혀있는 부분이 녹에 의해 팽창하여 빠지지 않음. 교체 후 정음은 확실하나 다른 부분의 녹이 심각함.
처리 내용
HST 순정호환 머플러로 교체 완료(라쿠텐 구매). 공장에서 시공함. 플랜지 볼트 교체 필요. 머플러 캔-파이프 연결부 정상화. 녹슨 인슈레이터 부분은 영구 제거 또는 교체 검토 필요. 배기계 하단부의 광범위한 부식이 심각하므로, 추후 부식 진행에 따른 추가 교체 계획 수립 권장.
