증상
Mk5 골프의 전기 전력 손실. 2~3일 동안 운행하지 않을 때 주로 발생. 몇 개월 전 배터리 교체했고, 최근 알터네이터 교체함. 알터네이터 교체 후 1주일은 정상이었으나 다시 전력 손실 발생. 시동이 불확실하게 걸림, 시계 리셋됨. 라디오, 라이트, 시계 등은 작동하지만 시동이 안 걸림. 배터리는 여전히 전력 공급 중.
처리 내용
배터리의 '기생 방전(parasitic drain)'으로 진단됨. 배터리 음극 케이블 분리 후, 암페어 메터를 케이블과 배터리 단자 사이에 연결. 메터를 보닛 밖으로 빼내고 보닛 닫음(메터 와이어는 끼지 않게). 모든 도어 닫음. 약 10분 후 암페어 메터 확인 - 모든 모듈이 '슬립' 모드로 진입하므로 수치는 약 0.03~0.5암페어 이하여야 함. 도어 개방 시 연료펌프 초기 작동, 보닛 개방 시 와이퍼 차단되므로 모듈이 슬립하지 않음 주의. 암페어 수치가 높으면 회로를 하나씩 차단하며 검사. 퓨즈를 하나씩 분리하고 메터 확인 - 수치가 떨어지면 그 회로가 방전 원인. 해당 회로 점검 및 수리.

배터리 방전으로 견인되어 옴. 알터네이터 불량으로 판단되어 알터네이터 교체함. 로드 테스트 중 온도 게이지가 높게 올라감. 냉각팬이 작동하지 않음을 확인. 팬에 그라운드는 있으나 팬 커맨드 시 전원이 공급되지 않음.

Also had exactly this with my E46 after replacing the alternator with a refurbished Bosch unit, changed for a second refurbished alternator and seems to have stopped the random parasitic draw. Assuming again it was voltage leaking passed one of the diodes.
