증상
2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid, 주행 중 핸들을 10시 또는 2시 방향 이상으로 꺾을 때, 가끔 브레이크 시 가벼운 덜컹거림이 발생. 차량 앞부분을 들어올리고 휠을 9시와 3시 위치에서 좌우로 흔들면 유격 발생. 휠을 좌우로 흔들 때 덜컹거리며 멈추고 스티어링 휠도 움직임. 타이어 외측이 내측보다 더 닳음. 양쪽에서 동일하게 발생.
처리 내용
움직임이 어디서 발생하는지 육안으로 정확히 확인해야 합니다. 차를 들어올려 유격을 확인한 것은 좋은 시작입니다. 어느 부품에서 움직임이 발생하는지 파악하기 위해 실제로 어디서 움직이는지 봐야 합니다. 아우터 타이로드 엔드에 편향이 있으면 움직임이 보일 것입니다. 타이로드와 스티어링 너클 연결부 사이에 0의 편향이 있어야 합니다. 대부분의 차량에서 이너 타이로드는 확인하기 어렵지만, 라크 측 벨로우즈를 통과하는 부분에서 움직임이 보일 수 있습니다. 라크 자체를 통한 움직임이 없는지 확인하세요. 스티어링 휠이 고정되었다면 라크에서 큰 움직임은 없어야 하지만 약간의 움직임이 있을 수 있습니다. 한쪽을 움직일 때 라크의 양쪽을 확인하세요. 한쪽 입력과 다른 쪽 출력이 동일하면 이너 타이로드는 양호할 가능성이 높습니다.

I can’t wait until they fix the situation where you can fit tyres that have worse rolling resistance than the factory spec. ones. I think we can all agree that the current situation is untenable.
