Many decades ago we needed trade unions to protect employees from blood-sucking SMEs. Now we could do with trade unions who can protect SMEs from huge national/global blood-sucking corporations. The problem hasn't gone away, it's just moved further up the chain. The way that companies like amazon and booking.com work just pushes up prices for consumers and cuts margins in SMEs, all in return for nothing but a little convenience.

And it s a similar ratio in Automotive manufacturing to wider manufacturing. But it s inevitable in a relatively high Labour cost country and a global economy without some serious market restrictions and if that s healthy or sustainable is another discussion.I guess we ll see something similar with AI in the service sector soon enough. The employment market is very complex now.As an aside, I'd ban chain stores from using automated tills those till jobs are absolutely crucial for a local economy. I'd just levy a big tax on each automated till for any business above a certain size so that it was cheaper for them to hire local people. That is a very good point, the greed of the supermarkets has caused untold damage to a once thriving high street and local shops. When an Asda opened in the town near by most of the shops in our village closed very soon after...and they had been there for decades. On the other hand, households used to spend 30% of their income on food and now it's about 15%. So it's not all bad news. Those people were all free to continue to use the small shops, but they just didn't want to. It's not the supermarkets to blame.

In a multi story that I was using earlier this evening, the MOT ran out in May 24. I do find the car park ones odd, I've seen other seemingly abandoned cars in other car parks, I'd love to know the reasons.

A somewhat unbalanced duo which is acknowledged from the start in this head to head. I would never put these two on the same page and i found myself unpicking the Porsche rather than comparing it to the Morgan. Despite the indifferences the 911 wins out.

I got the make and basic model in three - not Cardle's answer though. Ironically I intended to type in Challenger but ended up typing Charger for some reason - so I got it right by default!

If its styling fuses a little 6GT with a little 720S, I can't see it going far wrong.Building an SUV is a sad but perhaps necessary evil. Performance manufacturers should really look at a different set of priorities to luxury marques. A McLaren, Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, or even Bentley SUV should be something that could conceivably win a race. Make the body low and wide, and if it has to be jacked up, make it jacked up for sand dunes and mud pits, not Kensington kerbs and speedbumps. Most importantly, make it weigh less! Else there's no S about it, it's just a big fat squishy UV.
