시동 상태에서 1단 기어 선택이 뻑뻑하거나 어려운 증상
처리 내용
1단 기어가 뻑뻑한 이유는 싱크로메시 내부의 로커 링(blocker ring) 작동 방식 때문입니다. 로커 링은 기어 속도가 완전히 동기화될 때까지 기어 선택을 방지하도록 설계되었습니다. 일반적으로 셀렉터 링은 출력축에 연결되어 있어 차량 속도에 따라 회전합니다. 셀렉터 링이 로커 링을 밀 때, 로커 링이 회전하여 셀렉터 링과 올바르게 맞물릴 수 있도록 위치를 조정합니다. 그러나 차량이 정지된 상태에서 1단을 선택할 때는 셀렉터 링이 회전하지 않으므로, 셀렉터 링과 로커 링의 이빨이 충분히 정렬되지 않으면 기어 셀렉터에서 저항이 느껴집니다. 기어 노브를 더 강하게 밀면...

My beloved Caterham supersport departed this morning, after 18 months a few trackdays and two Alps trips. It was amazing and I will probably miss it slightly for the roads on my doorstep but....
