증상

히터 블로워가 #4 팬 위치에서만 작동. 릴레이/퓨즈 또는 히터 레지스터 요소 고장 의심. 이전에 비슷한 증상이 시그넘에서 발생했었음 (팬이 고착되어 레지스터 고장 유발). 온도계 변동 있었으나 재시작 후 정상화. 최근 610마일 주행했음.

처리 내용

먼저 글로브박스 뒤의 퓨즈/릴레이 확인 및 교체 (약 £15). 릴레이 교체 후에도 문제 지속하면 대시 뒤의 히터 레지스터 요소 교체 (약 £20). 실제로는 레지스터 고장이 원인이었음. Valeo OEM 레지스터 설치하여 해결 완료. 교체 시 승객석 팬 암을 빼내는 부분이 가장 까다로움. 캐빈 에어필터 주변 이물질 제거하고 에어필터도 함께 교체 권장. 팬 모터 고착 여부도 확인 필요.

Writing the title made me wonder how many rear engined coupes have existed. I got 911 (obviously), some Alpines, Delorean, Fiat / Abarth versions of the 850. I'm debating what I do with a speedo conversion. Plus point with the Lockwood is you get mph and kph whereas converting it on the CAN leaves you with mph only. Or I could just leave it in Km. I'm fairly used to doing it in my head that way around. Of course, there was an incident in the Forester where I forgot it was converted and I took it up to an indicated 100 thinking 'this feels strangely fast'
