찬 날씨에 기어 변속이 딱딱하고 무거움. 특히 시동 직후에 변속이 어려움.
처리 내용
클러치 문제로 보임. 클러치가 완전히 분리되지 않으면 트랜스미션 1차축에 약간의 부하가 걸려서 변속이 어려워짐. 특히 추운 날씨에는 엔진오일의 점도가 높아져 클러치 바스켓의 마찰이 증가하므로 증상이 악화될 수 있음. 해결 방법: 클러치 레버 유격 조정을 통해 약간의 유격(play)을 확보하면 됨. 핸들바를 좌우로 완전히 회전시키면서 조정하되, 핸들바 조작이 모든 유격을 제거해서 클러치가 분리되지 않도록 주의. 클러치 레버 고정 조정 너트를 풀고 적절한 유격을 설정.
