증상

Zero for me as i work from home. However i do approx c24k per year across my cars... road trips and ferrying both my kids around their county and club sports.

Then mid 00's to mid 10's about 16k miles pa up and down the M11 to Cambridge, not nice at all with the M11 being only two lanes and the lorries doing their elephant racing. Then in 2016 when I got a new job 8 miles from home to 2024 when I retired, the absolute bliss of cycling to work everyday mostly off road and through forest, commuting mileage now down to about 2.5k miles per year, one of the best things I ever did. Now I do about 3k miles pa in the main car and probably cycle about the same distance pa for leisure. How people do these long commutes by car is beyond me, I couldn't do it now, it's such a waste of time and too stressful. These days when I do the main monthly shop to the supermarket which is about 3/4 of an hour each way I have to take the afternoon off Those were the days. I got a bit carried away on a stretch of empty motorway and got pull. The offices parting words were 'Just keep it below 90mph'.
