증상
98 혼다 시빅 우측 액슬 교체 후, 트랜스미션에 액슬이 완전히 장착되었는지 불확실함. 클릭음은 들었으나 드라이버 헤드 정도 크기의 작은 틈이 보임. 수동으로 허브를 회전시키면 액슬이 부드럽게 돌아가고 기어음이 들림. 너트를 플러시하게 설치하고 해머로 몇 번 쳤음.
처리 내용
클릭음이 들었다는 것은 좋은 신호임. 액슬 샤프트의 끝면이 씰에 직접 접촉하면 안 되는 부분이 마모되므로, 샤프트 끝과 씰 사이에 약간의 클리어런스(틈)가 있는 것이 정상임. 느껴지는 작은 틈은 설계된 것이므로 정상 범위 내임.

For those who have followed my previous MX-5 thread, you may remember that I was considering purchasing a new car for some time. The arrival of my son hadn't forced my hand per-se (we have another family car), but with the MX-5 being a two-seater, it's become such a lonely car. I've just got back from a 12-day trip through France and Italy in my Tin Snail - a 1988 2CV6 Dolly, which I have owned for 16 years.
