증상
03 GMC Envoy (Vortec 4.2L 인라인 6)에서 액셀 페달을 약 75% 정도 밟으면 타코미터가 크게 올라가고 갑자기 가속력이 폭증하며 RPM이 급상승함 (시프트는 6000rpm, 레드라인 6300rpm). 기어가 변속되는 것처럼 느껴지지 않음. 최근 트랜스미션 유체(100% 플러시) 및 필터 교환 완료
처리 내용
토크 컨버터에는 컨버터 락업 클러치가 있음. 일정 속도와 엔진 RPM에 도달하면 컨버터가 작동하여 락업되어 슬립 없는 구동이 형성됨. 킥다운이나 풀 스로틀 가속시 컨버터 클러치가 언락됨. 이로 인해 컨버터 내 스테이터가 토크 증배를 허용하고 최대 가속력을 제공함. 또한 임펠러와 터빈의 회전 속도 차이(컨버터 슬립)가 발생함. 이것이 타코미터에서 보이는 RPM 상승이며 정상 작동임. 저속에서 이런 현상이 발생하면 트랜스미션 정비업소에 점검받을 것을 권장함.

1960년식 코르베어 브레이크 유체를 한 번도 교환한 적이 없으며, 기존 유체를 플러시하고 새 유체로 교체할 계획 중. DOT2, 3, 4 중 어떤 브레이크 유체를 사용해야 하는지 확인 필요
트랙 이벤트 중 엔진 오일을 규정량보다 1쿼트 추가하고, 3시간 거리의 트랙에서 돌아오는 동안 그 초과분을 빼지 않고 운전하려고 함

I need to make some gears/pinions myself. I have access to a high quality 4-axis CNC mill, but not to a lathe. I'd like to cut these gears out of flat stock (facing), rather than round (edgewise) using narrow end mills. Being able to prototype this in plastic sheets is important to me. I've found a bunch of sites that explain hobbing and that have formulas for pitch etc, but no sites that actually generate the splines for the gear teeth to turn into Gcode. Before I sit down with Mathematica and derive it from first principles, does anyone know of a good resource for this?
