2004 Ford Taurus 오일 교환 중 배기 시스템에서 심한 누유 발견
처리 내용
좌측 배기 매니폴드에서 내려오는 파이프의 투볼트 플랜지 부분이 배기 파이프와 연결되는 지점에서 가스켓이 손상되어 누유 중입니다. 고온 환경의 금속 가스켓이 실패한 상태로 보입니다. 수리 방법: (1) 투볼트를 제거하고 필요시 배기 파이프 마운트를 풀어 플랜지 연결부를 분리합니다. (2) 손상된 가스켓 잔여물을 모두 제거하고 플랜지 접촉면을 깨끗하고 건조하게 정소합니다. (3) 새 금속 가스켓을 설치합니다. (4) 볼트 재조립 시 Anti-seize 페이스트를 스레드에 바른 후 조립합니다.
