I tried having a cash bonfire on the front lawn, but the neighbours complained...I think most posts on here have gone some way to explain how and why each person has selected a SUV, on the condition that that person can justify it to themselves having it then that should be good enough. I see lots of Nissan Jukes about, but I can also see that these might well be a good fit for the person owning it.

As others have said.A. You won't lose your NCD & even if you did you would be surprised how little difference it would actually make, it is not like you get 60% off or similar. Been there twice.B. The great majority of decent "approved" repairers will ask the question (or you can obviously) whether you need a car for the time the car is in for repair. They generally charge either nothing or just ask that you replace the fuel you use. Been there twice also obviously.
