토요타 랜드크루저 프라도(90계) 클러치 마스터 실린더 & 릴리스 실린더 오버홀 작업. 공정1: 어제 차체에서 분리한 클러치 마스터 실린더와 릴리스 실린더를 오버홀함. 공정2: 먼저 마스터 실린더의 어큐뮬레이터 바닥 커버를 10mm 소켓으로 고정 볼트 4개 제거, 자석으로 원판 형태의 실린더를 꺼내니 검은 오염물이 나타남. 공정3: 휴지로 오염물을 닦아내고 세척한 후, 녹 등을 황동 브러시 등으로 연마하여 제거. O링 립에 결손이 있고 파손은 발견되지 않아 러버 그리스를 도포하여 재사용함. 정순정(품번 3149…
