2005 닛산 프론티어 픽업트럭 소유자 매뉴얼을 찾을 수 없음. 본인 차량은 QD32 (3.2L 디젤) 엔진, 수동변속기, 디젤 연료를 장착하고 있으나, 온라인에서 찾을 수 있는 매뉴얼은 미국형 QR25DE 및 VQ40DE 엔진용뿐임. eBay 및 기타 웹사이트에서 정확한 매뉴얼을 찾지 못함.

AC를 켜면 엔진이 상하로 변동한다. 모든 벨트를 교체하고 AC 텐셔너를 교체했다.
1998 닛산 프론티어, 새 올터네이터 장착. 이전에 터미널 커넥터 단락이 있어서 둘 다 교체함. 그 후 아침에 시동이 잘 안 걸림 - 배터리 전압 부족. 나중에 완전히 시동 안 걸리고 딸깍딸깍 소리만 남 (전자장비는 켜짐). 점프 스타트 후 정상으로 돌아왔으나 주행 중이나 유휴 상태 후에도 전압이 계속 떨어짐. 새 올터네이터, 새 배터리인데 연결 문제일 수 있는지?
2023 닛산 프론티어 프로 4X에서 배기 및 머플러에 과도한 녹이 발생하고 있음. 같은 모델의 아버지 차량보다 훨씬 심한 상태. 신호대기 중에도 머플러에서 금속이 식으면서 나는 소리(threat tinting sound)가 들림. 일반적으로 시동을 끈 후에만 들리는 소리인데 주행 중에도 들려서 엔진이 과열되는 것 아닌지 우려됨.
2003 닛산 프론티어 픽업트럭 수동변속기에서 후진 기어를 넣을 때 후진등이 간헐적으로 켜졌다 꺼졌다를 반복합니다.

I need to make some gears/pinions myself. I have access to a high quality 4-axis CNC mill, but not to a lathe. I'd like to cut these gears out of flat stock (facing), rather than round (edgewise) using narrow end mills. Being able to prototype this in plastic sheets is important to me. I've found a bunch of sites that explain hobbing and that have formulas for pitch etc, but no sites that actually generate the splines for the gear teeth to turn into Gcode. Before I sit down with Mathematica and derive it from first principles, does anyone know of a good resource for this?
