스즈키 알토(HA36S) - 오일 엘리먼트(필터)에 알루미늄 테이프 튜닝 실험 | 1단계: 오일 엘리먼트는 오일이 통과할 때 반드시 거쳐가는 부품이므로, 오일 흐름에 의한 저항으로 정전기가 발생한다는 글을 발견. 퇴근 후 알루미늄 테이프를 적당히 잘라서 3장 정도 붙여봤음 | 2단계: 시속 60km 정도에서는 거의 차이를 느끼지 못함. 효과를 내려면 톱니 모양으로 잘라야 하거나 공기 흐름을 고려해야 할 것 같지만, 의문의 여지가 있고 플라시보라 하더라도 그렇게 크게 느껴지지 않으면...

I came home fro work work yesterday to find damage to the drivers corner of my car, whilst looking at the damage neighbour comes out and says the new driver from up the road had an incident in the morning where she got stuck on their lawn. She would have had to go past my car to get to the lawn. Said neighbour is pretty sure the new driver caused the damage although didn't see it. Did the prom run for our 2 eldest plus friends for the last 2 years in the Bentley . It’s not a long drive so ended up doing a round trip and a second lot of friends both years. 레니게이드에서 50% 정도 빈도로 시내 주행 시 정상 출발할 때 이상한 소음이 발생함. 리어 디프(rear differential)와 관련된 것으로 의심되지만 증상이 일정하지 않음.

머플러 교환

2001 혼다 시빅의 머플러가 2년마다 교체 필요. 유니온 직후 인렛 파이프에서 부식 발생. 대부분의 배기 시스템 부품이 스테인리스강인데 이렇게 빨리 부식되는 이유는 무엇인가?

새로운 Uniroyal Tiger Paw 타이어 장착 후 시속 60mph 부근에서 바운싱과 스티어링휠 진동 발생. 재밸런싱 후에도 시속 65mph 이상에서 진동이 계속 발생하며, 시속 80mph 이상에서는 심각해져 안전하지 않은 상태. 밸런스 불균형이 크지 않았음(.25, .5oz 수준).

후미 추돌 사고 후 배기관이 앞으로 밀려 촉매변환기(Catalytic converter) 용접부에 금이 생김. 금은 완전히 관통하지 않음. 1,000마일 이상 주행했으나 CEL(Check Engine Light) 미발생. Mercedes W211 E-Class 모델.

2015 Audi A3 Limousine(디젤, 자동변속기) - 3월에 연료펌프 교체 후 시동 불가 증상 발생. 2개월 후 간헐적인 거친 공회전/진동 증상 시작되어 악화됨. 진단 코드: 람다센서, 크랭크축센서, 캠축센서 관련 결함 표시. 람다센서 교체 후에도 증상 지속.

자동차가 덜컹거림 (원인이 무엇인지 불명)

1984년 Toyota Carina AA60 엔진이 에어컨 없이 정지 상태에서는 잘 작동하지만, 에어컨을 켠 직후 아이들링이 매우 불안정하고 큰 소음 발생. 차량 전진 시 엔진에 높은 부하 느껴짐. A/C 송풍 속도가 가속도에 따라 증가. 가속 페달 사용 직후 '딸깍딸깍' 소음 발생. A/C 컴프레서 재설치 및 A/C 클러치 정상 작동 확인했으나 문제 지속. A/C 벨트 장력은 과도하지 않음.

2010 BMW 325i E93 (N53B30A 엔진) 냉간 시동 시 엔진 진동 및 회전 수 변동 (±200rpm). 엔진 언발런스 증상. 엔진 온도 상승 후 정상 작동. 이미 교체된 부품: 인젝터 5번, 6번, CCV 밸브, NOX 센서, 점화 코일 및 스파크 플러그. 결함 코드 사진 첨부 (상세 코드 명시 필요).
