증상
작년 11월 후방 충돌 사고 후 보험사 지정 정비소에서 수리를 받았으나 문제 발생. 테일게이트가 리어 범퍼와 간섭(바인딩)이 생기고 도장 품질도 만족스럽지 않음. 정비소 방문해 사전에 의견을 전달했으나 개선되지 않음.
처리 내용
합리적인 거리 내에 제조사 인증 정비소(딜러 정품 인증샵)가 있는지 확인해서 보험사에 지정 변경을 요청하는 방법이 있음. 제조사 인증이 있으면 추가 책임 라인이 생김. 다만 보험사는 기존 정비소를 다시 이용하려고 할 가능성 높음(이미 지불한 비용 이상 추가 비용 없음). 보험사가 다른 정비소를 사용하면 그들에게 추가 비용이 발생하기 때문. 이미 보험사가 수리 미흡을 인정했으므로 같은 정비소가 오류를 바로잡게 하는 것도 방법임. 두 번째 시도에서 그들은 경험많은 기술자를 투입할 가능성 높고 보험사 향후 수주 손실 위험이 있으므로 더 성실하게 작업할 것으로 예상됨. 오류 수정에 추가 비용을 받지 않으므로 원칙적으로 부실공사로 돈을 버는 것보다 낫다고 볼 수 있음.

Corrado for me too...the first time I saw one in the showroom that was it, sadly I couldn't afford one they were more expensive than a Golf GTi 16v.
