증상
좌측 프론트 휠에서 범프를 지날 때 노킹음이 들림. 수리점과 차량 검사(EU)에서도 서스펜션 관련 이상 없음. 장거리 주행 중 언더플로어에서 딱딱거리는 소음 발생. 점검 결과 좌측 프론트 스태빌라이저 링크(Anti-roll bar link) 상단 볼트 탈락. 조심스러운 운전으로 100km 주행 후 핸들링 이상 없음.
처리 내용
직진 및 완만한 커브에서는 핸들링과 조종성에 큰 문제가 없을 수 있으나, 긴급 회피나 급회전이 필요한 상황에서 심각한 문제가 발생할 수 있음. 스태빌라이저 링크 탈락 시 차량 안정성이 저하되며 특히 위험한 상황에서 조종 불능 상태가 될 수 있음. 가능한 한 빨리 스태빌라이저 링크 볼트를 점검하고 교체 필요. 탈락한 볼트를 다시 장착하거나 새로운 부품으로 교체하고, 교체 후 모든 연결부를 토크 스펙에 맞게 조임.

2006 Volvo XC90 2.5 터보, 주행거리 175,000km. 오일 교환 시 Mobil 1 합성 고주행거리 10w/30 1쿼트에 오일 안정제를 추가로 넣음. 시동 후 디스틱 상한선 1/4인치 위로 오일 레벨이 높게 올라갔으며 약간의 두드리는 소음(slapping noise) 발생. 약 40km 주행 후 오일 레벨은 정상으로 내려감.
