2012 지프 그랜드 체로키에서 좌회전 시 가속할 때 좌측 앞 타이어 부근에서 매우 큰 딱딱거리는 소리 또는 클릭음이 발생. 회전 각도가 클수록 소리가 더 커짐.
처리 내용
먼저 전 바퀴의 럭너트를 확인하여 모두 제대로 조여져 있는지 확인하세요 (매우 위험함). 그랜드 체로키가 4WD/AWD라면 프론트 드라이브 액슬의 CV조인트가 마모되었을 가능성이 높습니다. CV조인트가 고장나면 코너링 시 내부 볼 베어링이 제 위치에서 빠져나오면서 팝 소리를 냅니다. 직진할 때는 문제가 없지만 회전 시에만 발생합니다. 이것 자체로는 위험하지 않지만 수리가 필요합니다. CV조인트가 고장나는 가장 흔한 원인은 부트(Boot)가 찢어져서 그리스가 새어나가고 조인트가 건조해지기 때문입니다. 부트가 찢어지면 그리스가 분사되므로 부트 손상은 눈으로 쉽게 확인할 수 있습니다.

2016 지프 체로키(그랜드 체로키 아님) 4기통 액티브드라이브 원 장착 차량. 우측 급회전 시 후륜 한쪽이 걸리는 현상 발생, 래칫 음성 발생. 리어 디프 어셈블리를 2회 교체했으나 증상 지속. 모든 컴퓨터에서 코드 없음. 리어 프레셔 센서(또는 후륜 센서) 언플러그 시 증상 변화.
PCM에 27개의 코드가 저장되어 있으며 다른 모든 모듈에도 코드가 있었습니다. 대부분의 코드는 통신 관련 또는 CAN 코드였습니다. 체크 엔진 표시등이 켜져 있었습니다. Solus를 사용하여 코드를 지우려고 시도했지만 통신 불가 상태가 발생했습니다.
연료계가 비어있음(E)으로 표시되고 주행거리계(오도미터)가 영(0)으로 리셋됨. 현재 정비소에 입고되지 않음.
ABS 경고등 점등, 4WD 작동 불가. 코드: U1408 (우측 휠 거리 신호 부정상, 트랜스미션), U1412 (수신된 차량 속도 신호 부정상, ABS), C003A (RR 휠 스피드 센서 회로 전류 범위 초과), U0403 (부정상 데이터 수신)

Friday and the first time I'm out for a drive by myself. BBB was hanging with the famalam in Hereford and then meeting me at the narrow boats down in Llangattock, so I was exploring South Wales via all the two lane B roads I could find.
