I'm not saying they are rubbish I'm saying there are some maybe or potential issues that is allI had an e39 from Japan about 10 years ago and it had some clear coat peeling off and the interior was faded from sun damage in places and some of the windows rubbers were cracking But in general it was a great buy because I got it very very cheap - possibly before these cars started attracting a massive premium It did look brand new under the bonnetMine had clearly been parked out in the sun but I believe a lot are parked in better more underground type parking away from the sun because these are premium cars and more generally looked after by their ownersI'm just trying to give people a more balanced view than Japan import = absolutely brilliant without trying to sheet on all Japanese import cars as a whole
