Is this tyre shrinkflation??

When it was a fashion that's what it looked like.If the outer bead butted fully up to the edge of wheel the sidewall angle would be even more ridiculous.I'm frankly amazed this got through Mich QC, the difference in tread width simply cannot be correct.I know the OP has measured the wheels but has anyone actually looked at the size figures which are normally cast into the inside of the wheel.The tyre fitter must have had fun getting the beads to sit and inflate, did he make no comments?
