2013 혼다 시빅 LX에서 제동 시 진동 발생. 혼다 정품 로터와 패드를 교체한 후 역주행 및 전진 중 제동 시 큰 금속 노킹음 발생. 조향 방향을 바꿀 때마다 한 번씩 노킹음 발생. 며칠 후 제동 시 진동이 재발생하고 연속적인 금속 클릭음 발생.
처리 내용
노킹음의 원인으로는 캘리퍼 브래킷이 느슨해져 있을 가능성이 높습니다. 제동 시 차량의 토크로 인해 브래킷이 움직이면서 소음이 발생하지만, 육안 점검 시에는 충분히 헐거워 보이지 않을 수 있습니다. 제동 진동이 재발생한 이유는 새 브레이크를 제대로 베딩(Bedding)하지 않았기 때문일 것으로 보입니다. 캘리퍼 브래킷의 볼트를 확인하고 재조임하며, 새 로터와 패드를 올바르게 베딩하는 과정을 거쳐야 합니다.

For those who have followed my previous MX-5 thread, you may remember that I was considering purchasing a new car for some time. The arrival of my son hadn't forced my hand per-se (we have another family car), but with the MX-5 being a two-seater, it's become such a lonely car.
