토크 투 옐드(TTY) 볼트는 항복점까지 신장되도록 설계된 특수 볼트로, 일반 볼트와 다릅니다. TTY 볼트의 주요 이점: 1) 정확한 클램프력(Clamp Load) 제공 - 각도 조임으로 일관된 볼트 신장률 확보, 2) 헤드 가스켓 누수 감소 - 균일한 압력으로 씰 무결성 유지, 3) 엔진 성능 개선 - 안정적인 실린더 헤드 고정으로 연소실 압축비 유지, 4) 설계 의도 - 현대 고출력 엔진의 높은 연소압에 대응하기 위해 개발됨. 토크 렌치 + 각도 조임(angle tightening)이 필수인 이유는 볼트가 탄성 영역을 벗어나 항복 영역에 들어가서 일정한 신장을 유지하게 하기 때문입니다. 규정을 무시하고 조임하면 오히려 헤드 가스켓 손상, 볼트 파단, 누수 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다.

Its utterly pointless if you think about it, extra legislation and checks for a mode of propulsion that will die out anyway in a few years.There is a ban looming for combustion engines, electric cars are getting more popular and the downsides are being ironed out.Maybe just enforce whats already there better ?
