증상
DIY 자동차 정비를 시작하면서 홈 밸런싱을 위해 버블 밸런서(bubble balancer) 사용을 고려 중입니다. 이 도구의 정확도는 어느 정도인지, 실제로 사용하는 사람들의 경험이 궁금합니다.
처리 내용
스핀 밸런서가 발명되기 전에는 모든 타이어를 버블 밸런서로 밸런싱했습니다. 올바르게 시행하면 4포인트 정적 밸런스(4 point static balance)는 다른 어떤 방법만큼이나 정확합니다. 가장 효과적인 버블 밸런싱은 타이어 림의 안쪽과 바깥쪽 양쪽에서 수행되며, 이를 4포인트 밸런스라 합니다. 동적 밸런싱만큼 빠르게 완료할 수 있습니다. 버블을 이용한 정적 밸런싱 절차: 림 바깥쪽에 2개의 웨이트를 배치하여 버블을 중앙에 정렬하고, 그 위치를 안쪽과 바깥쪽에 모두 마킹합니다. 그 후 웨이트를 반으로 나누어 안쪽에는 바깥쪽 웨이트의 절반을 붙입니다. 예를 들어, 바깥쪽 림 중심에 1온스 웨이트 2개를 배치하여 버블을 중앙에 정렬하면, 그 위치를 분필로 마킹하고 타이어 아래쪽도 표시한 후 뒤집어서 안쪽 림에 웨이트를 부착합니다. 이렇게 하면 4개의 절반 지점에 웨이트가 분배됩니다.

Friday and the first time I'm out for a drive by myself. BBB was hanging with the famalam in Hereford and then meeting me at the narrow boats down in Llangattock, so I was exploring South Wales via all the two lane B roads I could find.
