증상
시빅에서 지난 6개월간 오일 2L 손실(과도한 것으로 보임). 이전 오일 교환 시 정비소에서 0w30은 너무 묽다고 해서 5w30 사용 권장받음. 5w30 사용 후 소비량 증가. 고급 오일 사용, 연 2회 교환(약 12,000km 간격). 피스톤 링 손상 우려. 엔진을 자주 레드라인까지 고회전 운전. 엔진은 항상 약간의 오일 소비(10,000km당 약 1L).
처리 내용
현재 하고 있는 방식과 자가 진단에 여러 문제가 있습니다. 첫째, 0w-30과 5w-30은 같은 무게의 오일입니다. 오일의 첨가제가 저온에서 0w의 유동성을 더 좋게 만들 뿐입니다. 오히려 5w 오일을 사용하면 엔진 손상을 가중시킵니다. 엔진 마모의 대부분은 시동 시 발생하는데, 5w는 0w만큼 빠르게 흐르지 않아 오일 순환이 늦어져 더 많은 마모를 초래합니다. 차량 권장 오일을 반드시 사용하세요. 0w-30이 권장사항이면 그것을 사용하세요. 둘째, 10,000km 간격 교환이라고 하지만 대부분 차량은 5,000km 또는 3개월(둘 중 먼저 도래하는 것)마다 교환을 권장합니다. 교환 간격을 두 배로 늘리고 있어 오일 열화가 심해지고 엔진 마모가 증가합니다. 셋째, 10,000km당 1L의 오일 소비는 정상적인 범위입니다.

With the untimely death of my daily Ford Focus Estate Titanium X recently it was time to find a new daily. For those who have followed my previous MX-5 thread, you may remember that I was considering purchasing a new car for some time. The arrival of my son hadn't forced my hand per-se (we have another family car), but with the MX-5 being a two-seater, it's become such a lonely car.
