증상
2005 마즈다3 (주행거리 10만km 초과)에서 점검엔진등(CEL) 점등, OBD2 코드 P0442 발생. 최근 몇 개월간 연비가 급격히 저하된 상태 확인.
처리 내용
P0442는 EVAP 시스템의 소형 에어/진공 누유를 의미합니다. 연료캡 씰뿐만 아니라 퍼지밸브(Purge Valve)와 연료탱크 압력센서(Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor)의 정상 작동 여부를 점검하세요. EVAP 고장은 차량 운행 중에만 시스템이 자가진단하고 압력과 진공이 매우 작아서 원인 파악이 어려울 수 있습니다. 포드/마즈다 스캐너로 전자제어장치를 점검하고 EVAP 시스템에 스모크 테스트(연기 테스트)를 실시하여 문제 위치를 특정하세요. 특히 퍼지밸브에 주의하십시오. 밸브가 완전히 닫혀 시스템을 밀폐하지 못하고 누유하면 엔진이 린(Lean) 상태로 운전되어 ECU가 혼합기를 농후하게 조정하므로 연료 소비가 증가합니다. 점검을 우선 진행하세요.

Been an expensive week so far. Monday was monies and quotes concerning day one of buying a house, plus it peed down with rain all day. Yesterday was a lovely sunny day so in order to save money and take the little 4 month old Mazda for a spin, I decided to return my wrong prescription glasses to the factory in Amersham by hand. Oh how I now regret that Funny thing is I'm normally naughty in the 2 seater but I didn't go crazy on that bit of the M3 from Sunbury to the M25 junction.
