This looks like the interior was specced over the phone with the person doing the spec never seeing what it would look like. What colour would you like the door pulls sir? the bolsters? How about the centre console? It's such a mishmash of different colours and textures it's not coherent whatsoever
The rage about these cars is hilarious. They seem to trigger people more than anything short of an Ineos Grenadier. For my part, I think it looks "okay". There are details I don't like and some I do. The Singer Classic absolutely nailed this concept from the outset, and remains tough to beat in reality though. Theon are the only ones that have really come close in my view. Choice is good though and, if this meets the wants of some customers and makes TechArt some money, I don't see a big issue.Kobra said: I so wanted to build my own version of a 911 rsr '73... 20 years ago. Now it's like, why bother? I'm sure there's a version, just like in my dreams out there somewhere. Or a dozen of them. Forget it. Oh, yeah, this is one is certainly not that dream car.Why does it matter if there are cars out there like your dream car? If it's YOUR dream car, it shouldn't matter a jot if there are a million of them out there. You'd be building it for you, not other people.Crudeoink said: This looks like the interior was specced over the phone with the person doing the spec never seeing what it would look like. These are individual commissions, so of course they're not going to be to everyone's taste. The media images probably should show a more extreme combination, because it demonstrates the level of customisation available.Slippydiff said: +1No real surprise though, they were ruining the 964 RS 33 years ago :And 20 years later I chose to undo their f*ckwittery handiwork :Which begs the question, in 20 years time will someone buy one of these 11 abominations and convert the car back to its original spec ...?Yellow wheel and gear lever aside, I think that looks brillia

It s almost like being self insured!Yeah I guess after 3 decades of low premiums due to picking high excesses, my chickens finally came home to roost The repair garage is knocking £200 off as I've brought them a bit of lucrative business But thanks to global supply issues, especially the headlamp, it could be a couple of months until I get the car back.I have read this on various previous threads where a crash has the owner's car off the road for ages. Pretty ridiculous situation really.I guess that I'l

Corrado for me too...the first time I saw one in the showroom that was it, sadly I couldn't afford one they were more expensive than a Golf GTi 16v. A few years later they had just went out of production and I went looking for one...a year later I found exactly the car I wanted at a VAG main dealer, Corrado 16v, red, low miles...checking it over I discovered it was accident damaged, I was gutted.I never owned one...but I did promise myself if ever VW made another coupe I'd buy one, so I got a new Scirocco.
