증상
토요타 MR2(AW10/11) - R134a 냉매로 에어컨 개조 후 약 30분 주행하면 실내가 매우 뜨거워짐. 센터 콘솔 옆과 플로어를 만지면 극도로 높은 온도 감지. 특히 운전석 등받이 뒤(머플러 근처)가 심각한 열 발생.
처리 내용
단계 1: 시트 제거 후 플로어 패널 탈거. 플로어 카펫 수세미 세척. 단계 2: 운전석 등받이 뒤쪽(머플러 근처) 영역 확인 - 심각한 열 발생 지역. 단계 3: 2가지 종류의 단열재(총 10m 스펀지 단열재 등) 적용하여 쾌적한 실내 환경으로 개선. 플로어와 시트 뒤쪽에 단열재를 적절히 부착하여 열 차단.
