증상
스키 보트의 캐브레터식 Chevy 350 엔진을 겨울 보관 후 시동을 걸 때 문제 발생. 겨울 보관 처리 과정에서 인테이크에 보존 스프레이를 분사하면 엔진이 꺼지고, 이를 제거하기 위해 스타터를 여러 번 돌려야 함. 이 과정에서 스로틀을 펌프질할 때 엔진이 갑자기 시동되어 급속도로 회전하는데, 이때 엔진에 아직 충분한 오일이 없어서 과도한 마모 우려.
처리 내용
이상적인 방법은 중급 수준의 정비 기술이 필요함. 스몰블록 Chevy 오일 펌프 프라이머 공구를 사용하면 엔진 시동 없이 오일 펌프를 구동할 수 있음. 디스트리뷰터를 제거한 후, 이 공구(대부분의 부품이 제거된 디스트리뷰터 샤프트 형태)의 끝부분으로 오일 펌프를 구동하여 엔진 전체에 오일을 순환시킴. 디스트리뷰터 재설치는 다소 복잡하지만 유튜브 영상을 참고하면 가능함.

Its utterly pointless if you think about it, extra legislation and checks for a mode of propulsion that will die out anyway in a few years.There is a ban looming for combustion engines, electric cars are getting more popular and the downsides are being ironed out.Maybe just enforce whats already there better ?
