증상

I'm not having much luck on these two, but I have written what I saw. 57 AL - Rolls Royce Spectre. Apparently it's on a BMW with an expired MOT though. 1 CZE - I think it was on a black Mercedes. I've seen that it's an embassy car of Czechia.7 CG - Porsche Macan.

It's a vanity plate, a show plate if you like. It could read CAN-AM 1 or S-T 314 where the dash is replaced with the stickers. It's a vanity plate, it's not real. As SEL 63 could be a valid UK number (and it's not unknown for people here to have their genuine numbers on German or USA style plates) and from where it's parked (I live locally) I assumed, in error(!) that it was being used on the road with those plates. See photo below (digitally "enhanced"!)

BMW's as well, everytime I now pass a new one I can bearly bloody see.Sometimes I flash them as I think to myself they definitley have their full beams on, only for them to flash me back and illuminate the whole fking county
