연비 변화는 사용하는 휘발유가 다르기 때문입니다. 휘발유는 여름용 blend에서 겨울용 blend로, 다시 여름용으로 연 2회 변경되며, 이에 따라 Reid Vapor Pressure(RVP)가 달라집니다. 여름에는 높은 기온으로 인해 액체가 더 쉽게 기화되어 오염물질이 증가하므로, RVP를 낮춘 blend를 사용합니다. 이 blend는 제조 비용이 더 비쌉니다. 반면 겨울에는 RVP가 훨씬 높아질 수 있으므로 부탄 같은 첨가제를 사용합니다. 이는 제조 비용을 낮추지만, 연소 속도가 더 빨라져 연비에 악영향을 미칩니다.

Its utterly pointless if you think about it, extra legislation and checks for a mode of propulsion that will die out anyway in a few years.There is a ban looming for combustion engines, electric cars are getting more popular and the downsides are being ironed out.Maybe just enforce whats already there better ?
