처리 내용
냉각 팬은 온도 조절식으로 제어되기 때문에 라디에이터를 통과하는 자연 공기 흐름이 엔진을 충분히 냉각할 수 있으면 자동으로 꺼집니다. 이것이 발생하는 속도는 차량의 종류와 그날의 날씨에 따라 다르게 나타납니다. 팬을 의도적으로 비활성화하는 것은 권장되지 않습니다. 다만 영하의 날씨에서 엔진이 과냉각되는 것을 방지하기 위해 라디에이터 개구부를 부분적으로 막는 방법은 알려져 있습니다.

Its utterly pointless if you think about it, extra legislation and checks for a mode of propulsion that will die out anyway in a few years.There is a ban looming for combustion engines, electric cars are getting more popular and the downsides are being ironed out.Maybe just enforce whats already there better ?
